Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a senior project manager to own a project’s complete lifecycle, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure profitability from sales to closeout.

You will guide multiple small project teams using your industry knowledge and leadership to deliver on-time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. The role requires 9–16 years in project management, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and curtainwall industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 9-16 years experience in project management or a related field.
• Curtainwall industry experience required.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and processes to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
• Drive project execution from start up to close out, managing junior managers, field teams, and clients.
• Manage financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics and results.
• Provide project accountability to drive process consistency with Harmon's best practices.
