Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a Sr. Cursor Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI agents and automations, leveraging Cursor and generative AI tools. This is a fully remote role based out of Columbus, OH, offering architecture-level ownership of AI initiatives.

You will work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, and related platforms while guiding governance and security standards as AI adoption scales across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of software engineering or enterprise application development experience.
• Hands-on Cursor experience for AI-accelerated development.
• Experience designing multi-threaded AI agents and workflows.
• Hands-on generative AI experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Strong AI architecture with scalable design, governance, and security best practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and custom connectors.
• Excellent communication bridging technical and business conversations.

Responsibilities

• Use Cursor to design and accelerate AI agents and automations.
• Design multi-threaded AI agents and agent-based workflows.
• Build solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Architect scalable AI solutions with governance and security guardrails.
• Integrate AI with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and connectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate processes into AI solutions.
• Evaluate new AI tools and recommend adoption with business value.
• Provide mentorship to other engineers on AI initiatives.
