Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a Sr. Cursor Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI agents and automations, leveraging Cursor and generative AI tools. This is a fully remote role based out of Columbus, OH, offering architecture-level ownership of AI initiatives.

You will work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, and related platforms while guiding governance and security standards as AI adoption scales across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of software engineering or enterprise application development experience.
• Hands-on Cursor experience for AI-accelerated development.
• Experience designing multi-threaded AI agents and workflows.
• Hands-on generative AI experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Strong AI architecture with scalable design, governance, and security best practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and custom connectors.
• Excellent communication bridging technical and business conversations.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI agents and automations, leveraging Cursor and modern generative AI tools to accelerate development across the organization, in a fully remote role based out of Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Use Cursor to design, build, and accelerate the development of AI agents, automations, and enterprise AI solutions
• Design and implement multi-threaded AI agents and agent-based workflows for enterprise use cases
• Build solutions leveraging generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies
• Architect scalable AI solutions, establishing technical standards, governance frameworks, and security guardrails
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, MCP, custom connectors, cloud services, and enterprise data sources
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex processes and requirements into practical, AI-driven solutions
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques, recommending adoption where it drives real business value
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers working on AI initiatives

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development experience with strong system design fundamentals
• Hands-on experience using Cursor for AI-accelerated development
• Experience designing and implementing multi-threaded AI agents and agent-based workflows in enterprise environments
• Hands-on generative AI experience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
• Strong enterprise AI architecture experience, including scalable design, governance, and security best practices
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and custom connectors
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations
