Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking a Sr Technical Developer – Agentic AI for a remote role. The candidate should have 12+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, and enterprise platforms, with strong Python and AI framework skills.

Proficiency with LLMs, LangChain, and multi‑agent patterns is required to build production‑grade AI systems. Experience with vector databases, embeddings and retrieval tuning, plus API integrations with ERP/CRM/ITSM, will be highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• 12+ years of software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering.
• Strong Python production experience for AI systems with SQL/JSON and backend services (Java a plus).
• Proficiency in AI/ML systems, generative/agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent orchestration patterns.
• Hands-on with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
• Designing multi-agent communication patterns and supervisor architectures.
• Experience integrating ERP/CRM/ITSM with APIs and data connectors.
• Strong solution design, analytical, and business process modeling.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional influence.
