Job summary

Lone Star College System is seeking a PT Coordinator III, Industry Partnerships and Career Advancement to oversee day-to-day operations and strategic planning within a large area. You will coordinate logistics, evaluate programs, and ensure compliance across local, state, and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing training materials, managing calendars, and handling budget processes. A Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of related work experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with general office software and databases.
• Ability to create and analyze reports for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the assigned area and serves as SME.
• Develops and maintains spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
• Tracks data and documents; ensures compliance with policies.
• Supervises staff, trains, and develops team members.
• Coordinates calendars, meetings, events, and site logistics.
• Manages budget and procurement in line with approvals.
• Leads special projects and supports program improvements.
