Job summary

The NC FAST P4 Curam Developer will lead functional and detailed requirement development and code development for the NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) project. You will work on Curam-related tasks, collaborate with senior consultants, and ensure lifecycle management of deliverables.

This on-site role requires strong Oracle database knowledge, RAM Enterprise Framework, and proficiency in Java, XML, XSL, and Web Services.

Qualifications

• RAM V6 Certified Developer.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a RAM Developer covering full lifecycle from requirements to testing.
• Proficiency with RAM Enterprise Framework Components, Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Express Rules for Triage (CERT).
• Experience with Oracle database and Subversion version control.
• Technical expertise in Java (J2SE, J2EE), XML, XSL, Eclipse, HTML, CSS, and Web Services standards (SOAP, WSDL).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong skills in creating technical documentation using MS Office Suite including Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow detailed technical procedures independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and detailed requirement development and design activities.
• Develop and maintain code using RAM Enterprise Framework and solution modules.
• Participate in JAD sessions and business process modeling.
• Manage lifecycle implementation tasks for NC FAST project deliverables.
• Act as on-site technical point of contact for development issues beyond consultant scope.
• Collaborate with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development challenges.
• Report project status to the NC FAST Project Manager regularly.
• Adhere to DHHS policies and procedures.
• Support business reengineering using RAM tools and frameworks.
