Job summary

Merative's Curam Solutions team is seeking a Technical Consultant to deliver and support Curam-based projects in the United States.

You will work with clients and system integration partners to provide technical guidance, design solutions, and develop Curam extensions in J2EE, APIs, and workflow. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent.
• 8+ years delivering and implementing software solutions with design/development principles.
• 3+ years with Curam software product, including batch, workflows, web services.
• 5+ years of Java/J2EE/JEE development, JDBC, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with UI/UX practices and React.js/Angular; UML knowledge.
• Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX and NT OS, and databases like Oracle or DB2.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements.
• Create functional and technical designs and prototypes to support Curam configurations and extensions.
• Develop, code and unit test Curam extensions in a J2EE environment.
• Configure and troubleshoot application servers like WebSphere or WebLogic and develop APIs.
• Utilize Eclipse framework to implement Curam.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with employees, partners and clients.
• Promote CuramSolution as a capable and trusted partner.
• Apply and maintain industry-standard design methodologies and patterns; support operations.

As a Technical Consultant on the Curam Solutions team, you will have responsibility for the delivery and support of projects implemented.
You will work closely with clients and systems integration partners and teams to provide technical support and guidance.

Essential Job Duties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technologyequivalent

• 8+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role delivering and implementing software solutions with design/development principles

• 3+ years of experience withCuramsoftware product and delivery, including batch, workflows, web services.

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE/ JEE development, JDBC, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript

• Experience in modern UI/UX design and user research practices, tools, languages such as React.js, Angular and UML

• Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX and NT operating systems, and databases such as Oracle or DB2

• Flexibility in hours a must, to include evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Skills

• CúramTechnicalcertification(preferably onlatestCúramversion)

• Cloud technology experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or IBM Cloud

Compensation

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

$121,787.20 - $182,680.80 (USD)
