You will manage a skilled team of culinarians, ensure top-tier food quality and presentation, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced commissary environment while developing talent and delivering world-class cuisine at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in fine dining, catering, or luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to coach and develop culinary teams.
• Strong understanding of food quality, kitchen operations, and production planning.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production to ensure timely execution of food preparations for catering events and corporate dining programs.
• Manage and develop kitchen teams while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
• Ensure all menu items meet Wolfgang Puck Catering's standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Monitor production schedules, labor, and workflows to meet business demands and event timelines.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs and Operations leadership to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Assist with inventory management, product utilization, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Support special events and additional operational needs as required.
