Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a Sous Chef to support culinary operations across a commissary kitchen and client locations in California. Qualifications

• Progressive culinary experience in corporate dining, hospitality, catering, restaurant, hotel, or high-volume foodservice environments.
• Experience with scratch cooking and large-scale food production.
• Corporate dining and catering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with the daily operation of culinary programs at both the commissary kitchen and client location.
• Prepare and execute scratch-made menu offerings for corporate dining, catering, and off-premise events.
• Support food production, preparation, presentation, and service while maintaining quality and consistency standards.
• Assist with catering and special event execution, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Engage professionally with clients, guests, and stakeholders during service and events to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Train, coach, and support hourly culinary team members and provide input on new recipes.
