Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring a Catering Operations Manager to guide event teams and ensure high‑quality execution for on‑ and off‑premise events. You will collaborate with culinary partners, sales leaders, and trusted vendors to deliver exceptional service across all events.

The role fits a hospitality professional who excels at coordinating details, leading teams, and creating memorable experiences in fast‑paced environments. Strong budgeting and scheduling skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in catering, luxury hospitality, or event operations.
• Strong background in off-premise catering and large-scale events.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand event vision, priorities, and budgets.
• Collaborate with WPC chefs and culinary leaders to meet client needs.
• Build front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house rental orders (china, glassware, etc.).
• Create kitchens for off‑premise events, plan equipment and workstations.
• Coordinate with rental companies and vendors for logistics and on‑site execution.
• Execute events ranging from 300 to 5,000 guests with WPC standards.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules aligning with event needs.
• Serve as hub between Sales, Culinary, Staffing, Captains, Vendors, and Clients.
• Manage timelines, labor, rentals, and onsite logistics.
• Anticipate challenges and develop solutions during events.
• Support budgeting, labor planning, contract tracking, cost mgmt, and post‑event reviews.
