Job summary

Continental Electronics Corporation is seeking a Sr CUI Program Manager to lead the enterprise CUI protection program for all DoD contracts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Security Management, or related field; equivalent DoD contractor experience may be considered
• 8+ years of progressive experience in compliance, cybersecurity, information protection, government contracting, or security program management
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level compliance or security programs involving CUI, CD I, FCI, DoD contracts, or regulated government information
• Strong knowledge of DFARS cybersecurity clauses, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC requirements, and CUI policy
• Experience supporting System Security Plans, POA&Ms, control ownership, audit responses, and remediation actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate requirements into practical guidance

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the enterprise CUI program for DoD contract performance including governance, policies, procedures, standards, and roadmaps
• Serve as senior SME for CUI, CD I, FCI, and related DoD safeguarding requirements
• Lead implementation and sustainment of CUI protections across DoD programs, systems, enclaves, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with IT, Contracts, Engineering, and leadership to identify and operationalize CUI obligations
• Oversee data mapping, system boundaries, POA&M tracking, and evidence collection for assessments
• Support NIST SP 800-171 implementation, SPRS score maintenance, and CMMC Level 2 readiness
• Establish metrics, risk indicators, audit findings, and executive reporting
• Lead CUI training and awareness for employees, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Assist with cyber incident reporting coordination and corrective actions
• Monitor DoD policy changes to ensure an auditable and defensible program
