Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Configuration Manager to lead configuration management across critical programs in a dynamic, defense-oriented environment. You will capture baselines for requirements, EBOM/MBOM/SOM, and drive change control through CCB/CRB forums.

You will collaborate with Product and Program teams, maintain CM data dashboards, and perform audits. The role requires 5+ years in CM, familiarity with PLM/Teamcenter, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven direct product configuration management experience.
• Experience in high-complexity, high-rate production environments.
• BA/BS in engineering; ability to earn U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Program Teams to execute CM activities per the CM plan.
• Ensure robust configuration identification processes and documentation for supported programs.
• Manage end-to-end configuration control, including engineering release and facilitation of CM forums (CCB/CRB).
• Build and maintain configuration status accounting dashboards with CM Analysts.
• Coordinate and lead configuration audits (functional and physical) as needed.
• Own end-to-end change management for key programs and document engineering changes.
• Set agendas for CM meetings ahead of time and generate change requests with impact analyses.
• Oversee product configuration by analyzing baselines for standards compliance.
• Support CM reviews and audits and guide throughout events to resolve issues.
• Perform periodic audits of as-built records in Teamcenter.
