Syneos Health is seeking an Sr CTM in North Carolina to lead site management, monitoring delivery and risk-based oversight across multiple trials. You will work with CRAs/CeMs and cross-functional teams to ensure patient safety, data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in site management and familiarity with CTMS/EDC systems, with travel up to ~20%. You will contribute to trial success and partner with global teams to deliver high-quality

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to achieve milestones
• Experience working in an international environment
• Expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central)
• Knowledge of risk-based monitoring and budget management
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Good computer skills and strong conflict resolution abilities
• Willingness to travel ~20%

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with focus on patient safety and data integrity
• Coordinate with CRAs/CeMs and study teams to meet milestones such as activation, enrollment and database lock
• Identify risks to deliverables and escalate appropriately to project management
• Develop and maintain study tools, templates and monitoring plans
• Ensure CTMS, EDC and other systems are used and up to date
• Provide training and oversight to CRAs and central monitors and ensure quality of deliverables
