Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a CT Technologist 2 to join the radiology team. Under supervision, you will operate the CT scanner, position patients, and ensure high-quality imaging for physician review.

The role requires 1–3 years of CT experience, ARRT/CT certification or equivalent, and BLS. You will perform QA, maintain records, and support patient care with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Licensure/registration in CT radiography required (MA Rad Tech-Computed Tomography or ARRT certification).
• Certificate 1 ARRT and Certificate 2 BLS required.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• New hires must provide BLS certification with American Heart Association.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for CT scans and operate CT equipment.
• Enter instructions into the terminal and monitor scan performance.
• Evaluate scan results and adjust as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper image display for physicians.
• Provide QA tests and maintain equipment records.
• Maintain patient safety and hygiene; explain procedures.
