Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT scans across ER, inpatient and outpatient populations under supervision. The role emphasizes ALARA, patient safety, and accurate documentation using RIS/PACS.

Overtime, on-call and holiday rotation are required to ensure coverage. Minimum requirements include an AMA-accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT registration or eligibility, MA Radiation Control license, BLS, and prior trauma center

Competenze

• Two year AMA accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible; licensed by MA DPH Radiation Control Program; CT certification within 12 months; BLS Certification.
• One year in a trauma setting; 2 years hospital experience preferred; RIS/PACS experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Obtains and documents necessary patient information/history for exam.
• Documents IV/oral contrast usage and allergy information in medical record.
• Performs CT exams with high accuracy.
• Uses RIS and PACS with accurate patient demographics and data.
• Maintains ALARA and adheres to department protocols and post-processing.
