Adventist Health is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT scanners, produce high-quality images, and provide efficient clinical care. The role requires ARRT CT certification, CA licensure, and BLS, with potential incentives and relocation support.

The position emphasizes patient-centered imaging, adherence to accreditation standards, and coordination with PACS/teleradiology to ensure accurate image transfer. On-site responsibilities include workload planning and coverage for staff absences.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• Three years CT technologist experience preferred.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: RT (R)(CT) or RT (R)ARRT required.
• CA Licensure as Radiologic Technologist required.
• Advanced CT certification required in OR/HI; CA preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Fluoroscopy license preferred in CA/OR.
• Venipuncture certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patients aged adolescent through geriatric.
• Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
• Uses PACS and teleradiology system to transfer images to the appropriate location.
• Ensures department and equipment meet accreditation requirements (JCAHO, ACR, State Licensures).
• Plans daily patient workload and ensures adequate staffing during vacations and sick days.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
