Job summary

Adventist Health Mendocino County seeks a CT technologist to operate CT and other imaging modalities, producing cross‑sectional images for radiologist interpretation. You will use PACS and teleradiology systems, maintain records, and uphold HIPAA standards as part of patient care.

The role requires ARRT RT(R)(CT) or RT(R), CA licensure, BLS, and CT certification; relocation and sign‑on incentives may apply for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: RT(R)(CT) or RT(R)
• Radiologic Technologist license in CA
• BLS certification required
• CT modality certification preferred in CA/OR
• Venipuncture certification preferred
• Fluoroscopy license preferred in CA/OR
• Venipuncture (IV) certification required

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patients across age ranges
• Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted CT images for radiologist interpretation
• Transfers images using PACS and teleradiology systems
• Maintains accurate records and ensures HIPAA compliance
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, manages supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned
