Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a CT Team Lead in Hartford to oversee daily CT operations while performing high-quality imaging. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, ensure protocol compliance, and support ongoing quality assurance initiatives.

As a clinical resource for CT technologists and students, you will help optimize workflow, promote patient safety, and foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment within the Radiology department.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification and graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• 3–5 years CT experience with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current Connecticut state radiologic technologist license required.
• Current BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to protocols and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily workflows and staff assignments.
• Maintain patient safety and image quality.
• Serve as clinical resource for CT technologists and students.
• Support cross-department communication and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with orientation and training of new CT staff.
• Promote consistent CT protocol adherence.
• Assist with scheduling and relief coverage.
