Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for Corporate, Sr. Registered Agent Services. The role is hybrid nationwide, requiring strong corporate services knowledge and extensive client interaction to support onboarding, filings, and ongoing account management.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, assisting with complex on-boarding, and promoting additional services while collaborating across departments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in corporate and registered agent industry or similar content experience
• Knowledge of 50-state filings including incorporations, amendments, annual reports
• Experience with filing certificates of status and related regulatory documents
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication; Advanced CRM skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to RASi corporate team and cross-department collaboration
• Communicate with clients regarding corporate services
• Manage complex onboarding for large or high-profile customers
• Respond to client, affiliate and vendor requests via phone and email
• Review invoices and deliverables before sending to clients
• Assist with initial client account setup and maintenance
• Educate clients on additional services and prepare reference charts
