Job summary

Fluxx is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to independently own a diverse portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, driving adoption of the Fluxx platform and ensuring retention and growth.

You will partner with Implementation for go-lives, manage renewals and expansions, and collaborate across Sales, Support, and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes for customers while advancing Fluxx’s mission to improve grantmaking worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related role.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and renewals.
• Strong understanding of CS methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Experience with SaaS platforms; grants management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently own a diverse book of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, including high-value and complex accounts.
• Lead renewal strategy and execution, including pricing conversations and multi-year commitments.
• Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Account Management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
• Lead executive-level health checks and business reviews with data-driven materials.
