Fluxx is a collaborative grantmaking platform powering foundations and agencies. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, driving renewals, escalations, and proactive engagement to scale success.

You will leverage data and automation to improve outcomes across our customer base, require 5+ years in CS/AM, strong SaaS acumen, and an ability to influence at all levels in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and executive presence.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence at all levels.
