CoderPad is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (Mid-Market) to own a portfolio of ~40-50 mid-market accounts and drive measurable outcomes through proactive engagement and strategic execution.

The role emphasizes strong commercial and customer judgment with high AI fluency, acting as a trusted advisor bridging customer goals with product value. Reports to Head of Customer Success.

Formación

• Experience managing a book of mid-market accounts.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and renewals.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a book of ~40-50 mid-market customers, focusing on retention, adoption, satisfaction, and strategic health.
• Lead onboarding plans to ensure rapid time-to-value with strong adoption trajectories.
• Monitor customer health using data and signals to identify at-risk accounts and corrective actions.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with each customer’s goals.
• Drive renewal conversations and collaborate with Sales for renewals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and influence them through value messaging.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to showcase value and deepen relationships.
• Advocate for customers to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Marketing and other teams for a cohesive experience.
• Use AI tools daily to increase efficiency in account research, insights, planning, and QBR prep.
