Job summary

CoderPad is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (Mid-Market) in the United States. You will own a portfolio of ~40–50 mid-market accounts, driving retention, adoption, and strategic health with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

You will lead onboarding, monitor health signals, and work with Sales on renewals and expansions. The role requires strong relationship management, business acumen, and comfort using AI tools to amplify impact.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio ownership: manage ~40–50 mid-market accounts focusing on retention, adoption, satisfaction, and strategic health.
• Onboarding & adoption: lead onboarding plans to realize rapid time-to-value with strong adoption trajectories.
• Customer health monitoring: use data and signals to identify at-risk accounts and suggest actions.
• Strategic success planning: develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customer goals.
• Renewal execution: drive renewal conversations and mitigation strategies with Sales.
• Growth influence: identify expansion opportunities and influence them through value messaging.
• Business reviews: conduct periodic reviews to show value delivery and deepen relationships.
• Customer advocacy: voice of the customer to drive product improvements and operational refinements.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Product, Support, Marketing for cohesive experiences.
• AI-enabled execution: use AI tools daily to enhance research, insights, planning, risk ID, and workflows.
