Job summary

TekSynap seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support NETCOM at Fort Bragg, NC. The role involves configuring, testing, and evaluating CSfC solutions for government customers, including onsite installation, training, and documentation.

The engineer will work in a team, develop system scripts, prepare design packages, and ensure NSA CSfC/NIAP/DoD compliance. Security clearance and相关 certifications are required, with a CONUS day-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Active IAT-III certification required.
• Active Professional Systems certification (e.g., MCSA, Linux) required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• BA/BS =12 years; MA/MS = 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Architect CSfC compliant solutions meeting NSA, DoD, and customer requirements.
• Develop and modify system scripts.
• Write configuration guides, test procedures, test results, and training materials.
• Provide onsite training to technical and non-technical users.
• Support Cross-Domain solution requirements.
• Collaborate with operations to design approved infrastructure.
• Serve as escalation contact during outages for Tier 2/3 systems.
• Author Systems Engineering Design Packages with detailed implementation plans.
• Configure systems to meet NSA CSfC, NIAP, and DoD requirements.
• Perform systems design and integration.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex secure communications systems.
• Configure PKI CAs for CSfC solutions and related components.
• Configure various firewalls and security appliances from multiple vendors.
• Document configurations, tests, and training materials.
• Prepare test reports and configuration documentation per customer standards.
• Provide on-site solution installation and integration support.
• Manage contractors and vendors during implementation.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support as part of a technical team.
• Identify hardware and support solutions from research and vendor input.
• Support sales engineering during complex development.
• Serve as Systems Integrator for DoD contracts.
• Accept ownership to add value and explore opportunities.
