Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is seeking a Building/Area Superintendent – Senior Consultant to lead all CSA field operations onsite in Boise, ID. You will manage safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination across civil, structural, and architectural scopes on large industrial projects.

Requirements include 10+ years of supervision, OSHA 30, and ability to work onsite in Boise. Proficiency in Prolog, Procore, and AutoCAD is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field supervision on large projects.
• Onsite supervision and coordination across CSA scopes.
• Strong knowledge of safety, schedule, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site CSA work including earthwork, foundations, and structural steel.
• Coordinate with management, subcontractors, and trades to avoid conflicts.
• Own the three-week lookahead and manage recovery plans when needed.
• Enforce safety with toolbox talks, JHA, and site inspections.
• Maintain daily reports, progress quantities, and as-built docs.
• Support turnover activities including punch lists and closeout documentation.
