Preferred
  • Data center, semiconductor fab, or other mission-critical project experience.
  • Working knowledge of CSA construction systems, including earthwork, underground utilities, foundations, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, roofing, and architectural finishes.
  • Experience managing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing coordination with consistent turnaround discipline.
  • Ability to read civil, structural, and architectural drawings and catch conflicts between disciplines and field conditions.
  • Understanding of construction sequencing and how CSA work releases MEP rough-in and equipment setting.
  • Familiarity with codes and standards such as the IBC, ACI, AISC, and ASTM.
  • Exposure to CSA quality documentation, including concrete and steel testing reports, special inspections, and nonconformance tracking.

  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Project Planner (P6).
  • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.
  • Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method. Familiar with Construction Specifications Institutes (CSI) MasterFormat.
  • Strong organization under heavy document volume, keeping every log current without being chased.
  • A strong sense of urgency and ownership, with the initiative to chase answers rather than wait for them.
  • Ability to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership.
