Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior CSA Estimator to join our West Coast team. You will provide civil, structural, and architectural cost expertise across phases, producing quantity take-offs and estimates aligned to design maturity and specs.

You will lead the development of detailed costs, escalations, and Basis of Estimate while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with the broader Hill estimating team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of construction cost estimating experience across project phases.
• Strong ability to read drawings, contracts, and cost coding systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates from concept to CD estimates.
• Follow Hill's estimating workflow across intake, cost development, and Basis of Estimate.
• Develop and maintain risk registers with Low-Mean-High contingencies.
• Mentor junior estimators and coordinate with broader Hill estimating team.
