Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in the United States, focusing on CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) scopes across all project phases from concept through detailed design.

The ideal candidate will deliver accurate estimates, manage cost plans, and support program-level budgeting for large-scale construction programs, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and providing data-driven cost advice to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction cost management.
• Experience as Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or related roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction programs.
• Knowledge of value management and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design.
• Deliver updated cost plans at key design milestones.
• Provide program-level estimates for specific scopes.
• Coordinate and supervise support staff.
• Review design changes and update estimates.
• Support cost model trend analysis from projects.
• Assist with leadership presentations for Preconstruction/Estimating teams.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
