Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10+ years budgeting/estimating ground-up, core & shell, and large-scale projects.
• Ability to lead estimating process and deliverables.
• Experience with On-Screen Take-off, Destini, and Site work software.
• Ability to estimate multiple facility types and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating for CSA scopes including civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Review drawings/specs to identify risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and architectural systems.
• Mentor junior estimators in CSA estimating best practices.
• Coordinate site services costs with operations and preconstruction teams.
