Qualifications

• 8+ years in application security, vulnerability management, or related fields with proven impact across organizations.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools in security workflows, including building APIs and automation.
• Experience in technical security assessments for software and hardware/firmware environments.
• Proficient in secure coding practices using languages like GoLang.
• Familiarity with AI and agentic solutions, particularly in AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver security assessments of software and firmware against AI-driven attacks, implementing necessary fixes.
• Translate AI security findings into specific solutions for application security.
• Develop and test AI-enabled security tools and workflows, promoting their adoption within the security team.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership on AI-related security risks, including threat modeling sessions.
• Define and drive the strategy for safe AI adoption in security operations.
• Utilize frontier AI tools for both offensive and defensive security measures, focusing on red-teaming and validation.
• Promote and embody the organization’s cultural principles as the organization scales.
