Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, seeks a qualified C5ISR, SIGINT, and cryptologic subject matter expert to serve as a Military Operations Analyst for NWDC activities in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities include leading fleet staff war games, brief senior leaders, and producing scenario material for operational and tactical events.

The role requires experience with C5ISR, SIGINT, IO, EMW, and weapons systems, plus Top Secret clearance eligibility and strong writing

Qualifications

  • 9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 7 years with a Master's; 13 years with a HS diploma.
  • US Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Experience with adversary doctrine, C5ISR/SIGINT capabilities, and IO.
  • Fleet operating, planning, exercise experience; ability to draft reports for senior officers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead war game development and execution using intelligence assessments and databases.
  • Analyze adversary C5ISR/SIGINT, IO, EMW, space and weapons systems for war games.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support war games, exercises, and experiments.
  • Compare and evaluate adversary doctrine and tactics.
  • Create scenario material including reporting and primers.
