Job summary
Peraton is seeking a Cryptologic Architecture Systems Engineer to join our Cyber Mission team in Jessup, MD. This full-time role supports the Unified Cryptologic Architecture (UCA) Senior Leadership Team, providing policy, operational, and staff expertise to coordinate cross-agency modernization efforts.
The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 20+ years in systems engineering, and strong program management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline; at least 20 years of systems engineering experience (master's/PhD can substitute for 2 years).
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
- Strong project management skills.
- Solid engineering/operations background; good design and process improvement skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide integrated policy, operational, and executive staff support for the UCA Senior Leadership Team.
- Coordinate cross-agency modernization initiatives ensuring speed, scale, innovation and integration.
- Assist Government team using Smart Data, Compliance, and Operational skillsets.
- Review performance metrics tools to identify data integrity and quality concerns.
