Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• At least 10 years of professional software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Architects and personally build end-to-end software and platform solutions for cryptographic initiatives.
• Owns enterprise‑architecture vision and executes it by coding prototypes and running them in real environments.
• Designs cryptographic and secrets‑management capabilities into production systems.
• Establishes secure-by-design standards and governance patterns to raise quality and reliability.
• Leads large, complex initiatives as an individual contributor with substantial autonomy.
• Provides cross‑team technical leadership and mentoring through reviews and sessions.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and builds prototypes to inform new products and capabilities.
