Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for Crypto Product Sales to grow adoption and revenue of crypto products within the payments infrastructure ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to develop deep product knowledge, lead complex deals, and execute our go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, fintech, crypto, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions addressing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a revenue target and end-to-end commercial motion for Stripe’s crypto products, from pipeline development to close and launch.
• Qualify customer business models, fund flows, target geographies, end-user journeys, and regulatory readiness.
• Develop deep understanding of competitive and partner landscape to sharpen Stripe’s positioning.
• Lead technically and commercially complex sales involving stablecoin acceptance, fiat-to-crypto conversion, and global payouts.
• Navigate stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams, and with financial/tech partners.
• Develop repeatable segmentation, qualification criteria, and GTM playbooks from early customer engagements.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering as the market evolves.
• Bring curiosity, good judgment, and humor as we build the playbook.
