Job summary

Anchorage Digital in the United States is seeking a highly motivated Credit Trader to drive revenue growth and expand our Prime Financing offerings for crypto-native and TradFi institutions.

You will structure, price, and manage bespoke credit facilities, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with sales, risk, and legal teams to deliver capital-efficient financing solutions across CeFi and DeFi, while maintaining rigorous risk controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in credit trading or financial products structuring.
• Deep knowledge of crypto financing and lending practices.
• Experience with large institutions and startups in complex product structuring.
• Familiarity with US financial regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute and design credit structures, from agreements to control provisions.
• Originate and manage bespoke credit facilities with collateralized lending.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, and legal teams to deliver financing solutions.
• Develop documentation and runbooks for current and future facilities.
• Monitor risk, market trends, and funding efficiency across venues.
