Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior scheduling/logistics leader in Houston to drive complex product movements across pipelines, rail, terminals, and storage locations. You will coordinate across multiple teams, ensure timely nominations and communications, and advise on feasible operational options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of fuels/logistics scheduling and scheduling experience.
• Experience managing pipeline nominations, transportation schedules, inventory balances, and supply execution.
• Experience with traders, commercial teams, and carriers.
• Ability to resolve complex operational issues under deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation agreements, procedures, and controls.
• Proven coaching/mentoring of schedulers and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling and coordination across pipelines, rail, terminals and storage locations.
• Manage high-value scheduling portfolios with multiple products and constraints.
• Review plans to identify risks and advise on feasibility and alternatives.
• Ensure nominations, confirmations and communications fit operating windows.
• Coach junior schedulers and develop playbooks and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve utilization, inventory, scheduling accuracy, and reliability.
• Collaborate with process, tech, and operations for future improvements.
