Job summary

You will manage a matrix of employees and contractors, develop data-driven impact analyses, and drive secure, cost-effective delivery aligned with enterprise roadmaps.

Responsibilities include collaborating with executives, communicating security implications, and mentoring junior managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Education, Marketing or Information Systems.
• Six (6) years relevant, progressive experience
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management (preferred)
• 7 years in IS/IT or IT Security (Required)
• 5 years of Project/Program Management (preferred)
• PMP
• CISSP

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration and interdependency management between a group of projects, products/technologies, functions and/or customers.
• Work with the executive sponsor of a corporate program to achieve objectives and understand business objectives.
• Ensure clear lines of communication including transparency to the business on security initiatives and impact.
• Measure program effectiveness and report progress.
• Utilize change management methodologies to mitigate identified security risks.
• Mentor other program managers and lead staff considerations.
