Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-project programs across departments, ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget. You will manage a matrix of staff and contractors and drive roadmap definitions for product and technology capabilities. The role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration, security awareness, and data-driven reporting with dashboards, scorecards and executive updates.

A PMP or CISSP is preferred. Office-based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Education, Marketing or Information Systems is required.
• Substitutions: six (6) years relevant progressive experience.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration and interdependency management between a group of projects, products/technologies, functions and/or customers.
• Work with the executive sponsor and management to achieve defined program objectives.
• Measure program effectiveness and report progress including KPIs, dashboards and risk analyses.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Education, Marketing or Information Systems
