Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic planning and execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Develop governance structures, operating rhythms, and scorecards to track business outcomes.
• Create executive and Board-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure accountability across critical initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitive, and business analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
