Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Associate in International Tax Advisory to guide cross-border planning, investment modeling, and cross‑border tax methods. You will work with private equity clients across industries, advising on tax operations, treaty implications, and restructuring strategies.

You will participate in client work sessions, support engagement economics, and mentor junior team members while traveling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Progress toward (or completion of) a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
• Tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience.
• Experience managing budgets, projects and people.
• Cross-border tax implication analysis and international tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-border planning and restructuring.
• Review foreign income taxation, treaty implementation, and withholding.
• Provide jurisdiction-specific reporting guidance.
• Define and execute engagement deliverables; track status, economics and budgets.
