EY Private is seeking a Manager in Private Tax to lead tailored tax advice and compliance for high-net-worth individuals with cross-border needs. You will guide teams across diverse jurisdictions, delivering complex planning and robust client service within a global network.

You will mentor professionals, manage projects, and drive business growth while maintaining high standards of risk management and technical excellence across advisory and compliance work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with CPA certification or Bar membership; at least 5 years in tax/professional services.
• Strong knowledge of estate and wealth planning and federal/state personal and trust income tax.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation and global tax planning skills.
• Experience with automated tax processing systems and laws in your area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance solutions for complex family and business structures.
• Support clients in wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multijurisdictional tax matters and cross-border considerations.
