Job summary

EY’s International Tax and Transaction Services practice seeks a Manager in Cross Border Tax (ICTA) to advise on international tax operations, cross-border issues, and structuring for global clients across sectors.

You’ll build investment models, assess foreign income taxation, treaty implications, and cross-border holding structures while guiding teams and delivering high-quality advisory services. Travel required; EY offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years relevant experience.
• A US CPA license or US state bar membership.
• Tax due diligence, deal-structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience.
• Cross-border Capital Structure Planning.
• Foreign Tax Treaties.
• Cross-border Tax Implication Analysis.
• Global Tax Policy Design and Implementation.
• International Tax Structures.
• Corporate Acquisitions and Restructuring.
• BEPS Planning.
• Sustainability and Cross-Border Impact Analysis.
• Global/international Tax Planning.
• Ability to succinctly and clearly communicate complex tax concepts to clients.
• Experience managing budgets, projects and people.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams, manage client sessions, and oversee delivery and budgets.
• Assist in cross-border tax planning and operational risk reviews.
