Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior International Corporate Tax Advisory professional in Seattle to advise on cross-border tax matters, investment modeling, and multi-jurisdictional strategies. You will collaborate with clients on international tax planning, treaty considerations, and compliance while supporting cross-border disputes and corporate acquisitions.

The role emphasizes practical tax advisory excellence, strong stakeholder management, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Progress toward (or completion of) a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
• Tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience and/or inbound and outbound transaction consulting with international tax research, planning and compliance experience.
• Experience managing budgets, projects and people.
• Tax compliance and reporting requirements.
• International tax structures knowledge.
