Job summary

HNL Lab Medicine seeks a seasoned Enterprise IT Architect to lead CRM, web platforms, and ITSM initiatives. You will own Salesforce today and potential Dynamics responsibilities, guiding architecture, integrations, licensing, and governance across .NET, ReactJS, Angular, and Kentico.

You will mentor teams, drive SDLC standards, and promote secure, scalable, maintainable solutions while leveraging AI-enabled development tools and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or 10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise IT systems is required.
Strong candidates will have hands-on development and leadership experience across full-stack technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead CRM Platform Architecture, Delivery, and Support for Salesforce and potential Dynamics responsibilities.
Lead Web Application Architecture, Development, and Modernization using .NET, ReactJS, Angular, Kentico.
Drive ITSM capabilities with Zoho ServiceDesk Plus, incident management, and automation.
Design and support enterprise integrations across CRM, ITSM, web apps, APIs, and databases.
Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore engineers and to business SMEs and vendors.
