Job summary

United-Biosource-Corporation is seeking an Associate Director of CRM Software Engineering to lead CRM platform design and delivery. You will drive architecture, hands-on design, and cross-functional collaboration across Patient Access and Specialty Hub teams to enable client delivery and improved patient outcomes.

The role requires deep Dynamics 365 CE expertise, strong Azure experience, and ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of software development oversight in a technical environment, with at least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Dynamics 365 Mastery: Deep knowledge of Customer Engagement (CE) modules, specifically Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Integration capabilities: bridging Dynamics 365 with third-party software, legacy systems, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• 3 years of experience with Power Platform & Dataverse: building custom apps, automated workflows, and virtual agents.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills; able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile software development principles.
• Extensive experience with the Microsoft .NET stack (Visual Studio, TFS/Azure DevOps, Web frameworks) and relational DBMS (SQL Server/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan all CRM platform implementations across the SDLC.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of CRM platform solutions.
• Participate in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with UBC technology units and affiliates on designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Design UBC infrastructure and software development environments.
• Support infrastructure, including troubleshooting and upgrades as needed.
• Foster a team-based software development environment and select tools.
• Demonstrate capabilities to technical, operations, and client stakeholders.
• Develop and measure application development practices.
• Manage resources across platform development teams.
• Translate complex business goals into actionable system architecture.
• Guide change management for smooth user adoption.
