Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks an experienced CRM consultant to engage with customers, build stakeholder relationships, and drive successful adoption of CRM solutions. You will educate clients on CRM products, assess current usage, and guide optimization aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with internal teams and act as a trusted advisor to influence decisions and drive change across life sciences customers, including governance and adoption programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years CRM consulting, implementation, or delivery experience.
• Proven strategic advisor able to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across business and IT.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret requirements and usage data.
• Proactive, self-directed, able to own assignments and drive success.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their business initiatives, priorities, milestones, and culture.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across commercial and medical functions to strengthen CRM practices.
• Educate customers on CRM products, services, models, and approaches to maximize investments.
• Assess how customers manage CRM platforms and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value.
• Demonstrate CRM capabilities through use cases and best practices; guide on gaps and challenges.
• Provide actionable recommendations aligning CRM with business objectives.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal product teams to share insights.
• Guide customers in adopting new releases with governance and change management.
• Act as trusted advisor influencing decisions and promoting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, support, sales, services, and consulting teams to ensure consistent experience.
