Senior Specialist, CRM

Our Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Specialist to grow our customer marketing function. This role will be responsible for coordinating CRM initiatives including loyalty, acquisition, retention, and development strategies, working cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class CRM campaigns.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Work Experiences
  • 2-4 years of database marketing or CRM experience in retail
  • Proven track record of developing and managing CRM programs
  • Experience working with a CDP or data warehouse, building audiences, and creating automated audiences
  • Experience with ESP platforms
Skills
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple departments
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of marketing analytics (Google Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools)
Responsibilities
  • Implement and execute marketing efforts for retention programs, collaborating with Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative, and eCommerce teams
  • Manage daily CRM operations including marketing calendar, promotional planning, analytics, and creative approvals
  • Develop CRM activations to strengthen consumer relationships, leading to increased sales, retention, engagement, and loyalty
  • Create processes for managing coupons, promotions, and touchpoints across customer segments
  • Analyze campaign results and identify new opportunities to support the CRM Roadmap
  • Collaborate with CRM managers to develop retention and cross-channel acquisition strategies
  • Design and execute offer testing plans across CRM tactics
  • Pilot programs with minimal operational financial impact
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety rules
  • Perform other duties as assigned; duties may evolve over time
