Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Katy, TX that is seeking a Senior Specialist CRM to support and grow our customer marketing function. This role will coordinate CRM initiatives including loyalty, acquisition, retention, and development strategies, while collaborating across teams to deliver effective, data-driven campaigns. Responsibilities:

  • Execute CRM efforts across loyalty and retention, coordinating with teams like Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative, and eCommerce
  • Manage daily CRM operations, including calendars, planning, analytics, and approvals
  • Support customer segmentation strategies to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty
  • Own campaign reporting and optimize based on insights and KPIs
  • Build and test CRM offers, promotions, and journeys across all customer segments
  • Assist in executing cross-channel acquisition and retention strategies
  • Help pilot new programs while minimizing risk and operational impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of CRM or database marketing experience, preferably in retail
  • Proven track record in building and managing CRM programs
  • Experience working with a CDP or data warehouse, including automated audience creation
  • Familiarity with ESP platforms
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI tools)

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

  • Regular attendance required
  • Ability to meet visual and hearing standards needed for job duties
  • Must adhere to standard work policies and behavior expectations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
