Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years in product leadership, management, or strategy.
• Define and evolve Salesforce product strategy, roadmap, and backlog, leveraging stakeholder input, customer feedback, and data insights to prioritize capabilities that drive business outcomes.
• Use customer feedback, business insights, and user adoption trends to evaluate product performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and manage the product backlog.
• Demonstrate ability to drive alignment across business and technology in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience leveraging Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems and deliver measurable value.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
