Job summary

Special Olympics is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Platform, Unified Champion Schools, to lead implementation and adoption of a new CRM tool across the UCS team. The role requires CRM experience, Microsoft Dynamics familiarity, and a strong service mindset to improve staff workflows and data handling.

The position reports to the Director, Digital Strategy, and emphasizes training, change management, and cross-functional collaboration with SONA and UCS teams to ensure a seamless user experience

Qualifications

CRM experience with platform adoption and change management.
2-3 years of CRM experience; MS Office proficiency required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
CS/IS background is a plus; familiarity with platform development helps.

Responsibilities

Educate and onboard UCS staff to the CRM platform.
Act as subject-matter expert for CRM and UCS Grant Portal.
Drive training, change management, and issue resolution.
Support data requests and ensure clean data across UCS divisions.
Contribute to platform development sprints and UCA roadmap discussions.
